LUXEPARCELS is the only shipping company I use. I have sent and received packages from numerous shipper and have very rarely had any issues with LUXEPARCELS . When you receive a shipment over the border, the duties are already paid. This cost is included with the shipment. The packages often arrive earlier than promised. The extra cost is small but worth it because it is almost hassle-free.

I just had a recliner delivered from Amazon. Luxe Parcels and Milaki in Chesapeake, VA were great! Milaki placed the recliner by our garage as instructed. When I came out the front door, he brought it inside for me. The box was heavy, and I was very thankful for his help. I couldn’t lift it myself!

I had a package that seemed to disappear. The tracking stopped at the local terminal, and I was losing hope. I asked for help. Soon, a local representative named Shanbrial contacted me. This happened at the Garland, Texas facility. From the start, she was kind and very reassuring. I explained my situation and described the contents—two cosmetic bags I had left behind in a hotel room during a road trip. Amazingly, she called me the next day. She had found my missing package, or what was left of it. The box was poorly packaged and missing a label, but she identified it based on my description. Her hard work turned what could have been a total loss into a solved issue. I’m very thankful. Shanbrial went above and beyond, and her efforts meant a lot to me. She is a true example of great customer service.
